Finnish Lapland is a four-month product sold into a demand curve that far exceeds supply. Glass igloos and aurora cabins in Rovaniemi, Saariselkä and Levi are committed a year out, and an agent enquiring in October for a December departure is negotiating for someone else's release, not booking inventory. We hold and release Lapland space on the winter season cycle — agents planning a December or Christmas–New Year programme should be talking to us by spring. The product is activity-driven rather than sightseeing-driven: husky and reindeer sledding, snowmobile safaris, ice floating, the Santa Claus Village programme for family groups, and aurora hunting with the honest caveat that it's weather, not a booking. Thermal gear is included and fitted on arrival, not left to the client to arrange. Helsinki works as a one- or two-night urban bookend.
