Terms of Trade

1. Scope
These terms govern the trade relationship between {{ NEEDS INPUT: Travmode legal entity name }} ("Travmode", "we") and a registered travel agency or tour operator ("you", "the agency") using our destination management services. These terms do not apply to individual travellers — Travmode transacts with registered trade partners only.
2. Quotes & confirmation
All rates quoted are net rates for trade use and are indicative until confirmed in writing against available allotment. A quote does not constitute a booking. Confirmation is subject to written acceptance from Travmode and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed deposit.
3. Payment terms

4. Amendments & cancellation

5. Agency responsibilities
The agency is responsible for accurately relaying itinerary details, inclusions, and terms to its own client, for collecting correct traveller documentation (passport, visa where applicable), and for its own pricing and margin to the end traveller. Travmode does not deal directly with end travellers.
6. Liability

7. Confidentiality of net rates
Net rates provided to a registered agency are confidential and for that agency's own quoting use only. Publishing, redistributing, or sharing net rates with another agency or the public is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
