Agent brief
Overview
Morocco sells on imagery and is operated on logistics. The desert camps that make the brochure sit eight to ten hours by road from Marrakech, riads hold eight to fifteen rooms so a group of forty needs three properties and a plan, and guiding is a licensed profession with rules that are actually enforced in the medinas. We run the Imperial Cities circuit — Casablanca, Rabat, Fes, Marrakech — with the Sahara extension through Ait Benhaddou to the Merzouga or Zagora camps, and Chefchaouen for itineraries with room for it. Desert legs are operated with 4x4s at the dune transfer point regardless of what the coach can technically manage. Group accommodation is planned properly rather than optimistically: we'll tell you at the quote stage whether your pax count fits riads or needs a conventional hotel base.

What agents should know about Morocco
Trade points
- Best season: Mar–May and Sep–Nov. Summer inland (Marrakech, Fes, desert) exceeds 40°C. Winter desert nights are genuinely cold.
- Connectivity: no direct India service; one-stop via Gulf hubs, Istanbul or Paris.
- Typical itinerary: 8N/9D Imperial Cities with a desert night.
- Local licensed guides are mandatory in the medinas. Budget them per city.
- Confirm riad room counts against your pax number before confirming — this is the most common group failure in this market.
