Agent brief
Overview
Sweden works best as the third element in a Nordic itinerary rather than a standalone sale, and that's how most Indian agents price it. Stockholm's archipelago and old town give a strong two- or three-night urban product, and Swedish Lapland — Abisko and the Icehotel at Jukkasjärvi — competes directly with the Finnish Lapland product, often with better availability because agents look at Finland first. We build Sweden as a module: Stockholm alone, Stockholm plus Swedish Lapland, or Stockholm as the connecting leg in a Copenhagen–Stockholm–Oslo or Helsinki circuit. The overnight ferry between Stockholm and Helsinki is a useful cost and night saver on multi-country programmes, and it prices well for groups. Abisko sits under a rain shadow that gives it some of the clearer aurora skies in the region — a useful point for agents whose clients have already been quoted Rovaniemi.
